As a podcaster and SoundCloud Artist Pro user, I experienced firsthand the confusion caused by a failed payment with no visible alert, retry option, or guidance within the platform. This led me to initiate a self-driven UX project focused on improving the repayment experience for creators.
The goal was to surface critical account issues clearly, reduce user friction, and support creators in resolving payment problems quickly without disrupting their publishing flow. Through persona development, journey mapping, and interface redesigns, I explored how small changes in communication and structure can have a major impact on trust and usability.

Conscious Nutrition is a mobile-first app designed to support users in developing healthy eating habits. It allows individuals to track meals and calorie data while engaging with others in a shared wellness space blending accountability, education, and motivation.
Also, I made the completed general UI Kit available for anyone who wants to design a nutrition app. This helps designers to kickstart with a ready-to-use UI as a boilerplate. It's available for free on the Figma community.
